The VoltaGreenCT will also offer a unique feeling of safety and security as it will be gated and or patrolled by neighboring security thereby giving residents peace of mind. It will also have anti-monotony codes, ensuring that the homes are diverse and attractive.
The new city is in a prime location within the Central Tongu District of the Volta Region - along the Sogakope - Ho Road, a place where the climate is warm and sunny all year round.
